When you submit the access form, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, organization, the category you select, and any message. We use them only to respond to you and to evaluate fit for access. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising. Standard server logs may briefly record request metadata such as IP address for security and abuse prevention.

The Strata kit is built so that personal data never leaves the site where it is created. Faces and badges are blurred on an on-site edge device before any stream is uploaded. Episodes are anonymized to the entity level and stamped with their source, time, and consent basis. The result is a corpus that is non-personal by construction, which is precisely what lets us license it with provenance and indemnification.

Operators retain ownership of their own identifiable data and a veto over anything that would identify them. Strata holds rights only to the aggregated, entity-anonymized corpus. Buyers receive cleared episodes with full lineage. No single buyer receives exclusivity over the whole corpus.

Access-request details are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and maintain a relationship, then removed on request. Personal identifiers from capture are not retained in the corpus at all, because they are redacted before storage.
